Signing In to OffiByte

Learn how to log in, manage your account, and switch between organizations.

OffiByte uses industry-standard secure authentication, supporting email/password login and social providers.

How to Sign In

  1. Navigate to your OffiByte URL
  2. Click Sign In on the login page
  3. Enter your email address and password
  4. Complete any two-factor authentication prompts if enabled
  5. You'll be redirected to your dashboard

First-Time Login

If you've been invited to an organization, you'll receive an email invitation. Click the link in the email to set up your password and access the platform.

Multiple Organizations

If you belong to more than one organization, you'll see an Organization Selector after login. Choose which organization you want to work in. You can switch organizations later from the header.

Switching Organizations

  1. Click your organization name in the top-left header
  2. Select a different organization from the dropdown
  3. The application will refresh with the new organization's data

My Account

Access your account settings by clicking your profile avatar in the top-right corner, then selecting My Account. From here you can:

  • View your profile information
  • Change your password
  • Set your preferred language (English, French, Japanese, or Arabic)
  • Configure notification preferences
  • Manage two-factor authentication

Supported Languages

OffiByte supports four languages:

  • English (default)
  • French (Français)
  • Japanese (日本語)
  • Arabic (العربية)

Switch languages using the globe icon in the top-right header.
